The 03 prefix is included in the range of numbers offered by most telephony suppliers in their low rate call packages and in some instances free depending on time of day calls are made.
Don't be a mail scam victim, think Jessica!
The burglar alarm was attacked on a property in the West Malvern Rd in Mathon on 13th October. The resident believes that persons unknown had made an unsuccessful attempt to disable the alarm, but had been disturbed as no attempt had been made to enter the house.
